Dr. Jaffe, a San Francisco-based advisor to families about family business, governance, wealth and philanthropy, recently completed the working papers Governing the Family Enterprise: The Evolution of Family Councils, Assemblies and Constitutions, Releasing the Potential of the Rising Generation, and Good Fortune: Building a Hundred Year Family Enterprise, published by Wise Counsel Research, based on his current research with global multi-generational family enterprises. Dennis is author (or co-author) of Cross Cultures: How Global Families Negotiate Change Across Generations; Stewardship in your Family Enterprise: Developing Responsible Family Leadership Across Generations, and Working With the Ones You Love, as well as management books Rekindling Commitment, Getting Your Organization to Change and Take this Work and Love It. He has a BA degree in Philosophy, MA in Management, and Ph.D. in sociology, all from Yale University, and is professor emeritus of organizational systems and psychology at Saybrook University in San Francisco.

Ms. Boschini is a Director of Wealth Planning and Senior Wealth Strategist in Deutsche Bank Wealth Management’s New York office and provides technical assistance on wealth planning matters to US and international clients. Francesca has over twenty years of experience finding solutions for global wealth preservation and estate planning needs of ultra high net worth clients. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at RBC Wealth Management for eighteen years as head of its US and International Wealth Planning team. She earned her civil law degree and J.D. from the University of Bologna School of Law in 1997 and earned her LL.M. in 2002, specializing in tax and estate planning from the University of Miami School of Law, and the “Trust and Estate Practitioner” designation (TEP) from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Francesca is an active member of STEP, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Institute for Family Governance (IFG), and the Financial Women’s Association (FWA).

Veronica Yepez Reyna, Perpetum

Veronica Yepez Reyna is the Founder and Managing Partner of Perpetum, a San Diego based MFO focused on family education, communication and other support services working for a small group of UHNW Mexican families. Veronica has extensive experience working with international affluent families across borders and generations helping them identify, understand and align the ecosystem of their wealth in order to achieve their true potential. She has spent hundreds of hours working with members of the raising generation though tailor-made one on one, year long programs, understanding their needs and helping them identify their purpose, develop their talents and learn new skills in order to become empowered stewards of wealth. Veronica holds a JD and an MBA degree; her professional experience includes working for prestigious law firms and financial institutions around the world.

Cecilia Brandileone, G4 of a Brazilian industrial family

Cecilia Brandileone is a G4 member of a Brazilian industrial family and represents the interests of the G4 and G5 members at family meetings and when deciding the wealth strategies to entertain for the family. In addition, Cecilia is the Chief Executive Officer and founding member of Conscientia Family Office, located in Miami, Florida, which she founded to fulfill both independency and holistic wealth management for the families she advises with her team. Cecilia has over twenty years of experience in wealth management. She graduated in Business, International Finance and Marketing at Florida International University and began her carrier in 1998 at Bank Boston International where in 2001 she became a junior Private Banker managing a portfolio of Brazilian clients with assets in excess of $500,000,000. In 2004, Cecilia joined RBC Wealth Management as a Private Banker managing a portfolio of high net worth clients with assets in excess of $350,000,000. After a successful decade at RBC, Cecilia joined an independent multi-family office where she managed her client’s wealth for the next five years until in mid-2020 when she founded Conscientia Family Office.
