Sustainable and Impact Investing's Greatest Challenge: How to Measure, Verify and Validate Results—Lessons and Insights from Leading Investors and Thought Leaders

Sustainable and impact investing are among the fastest growing asset classes as the next generation of beneficiaries demand alignment between their investments and their values. Trustees and Family Offices, however, may struggle with balancing beneficiary wishes with oversight obligations for what remains a young asset class. Now over a quarter trillion dollar market, important considerations include what are UN Sustainable Development Goals and why they matter, why take a "shared value" approach to investing in global equities, and ultimately how to measure sustainability and impact, whether "handprints" or "footprints". Hear practical lessons learned from one of the world's leading sustainability investors, as well as best practice from pioneers of impact measurement.
